Not able to make an appointment almost 2 weeks They never answer to the calls. If you try to book through website, it says providers schedule not available. There is no way to communicate with them. I

Service down for more than 2 weeks, long hold time terrible customer service. I asked that my appointment be cancelled and they said they would take care of it and it still has not been CANCELLED.

kids and teens call center and service are both very bad. I couldn't get my referral for a month and when I called they extended the referral, when I asked for an expedited process they hung up on me.
