Took 16 days to get air fixed. rescheduled twice once truck broke down. then parts didn't show. worst of all zero communication never called, I called at least a dozen times, no answer and voice mail

Worst mistake of my life. I had to call them constantly after the install because the unit ran constantly. The technician was rude and arrogant. Each time he came, the answer was " the system is fine"
