terrible. Shirley does not know how to give a facial. All she did was slather products on my face as she talked nonstop about herself. I sat at a counter, which was uncomfortable and unprofessional.

Shirley is great been going to her store for over 20 years and have been treated exceptionally well she is very kind and always very professional I would highly recommend this business!
