Place is dysfunctional. Do not do a walk in appointment. They'll put you on the list and you won't be seen till you approach the desk and complain.

Good work but the staff is surly. I have been there more than once and they are just not the nicest but you will not feel the needle!

I have had blood drawn a few times in the past month by Ms. Fran and had the best experience considering I hate needles, she is very friendly, funny and good at her job. There was very little pain, an
