I visited the downtown location. The people here are very engaged and upbeat. The instructors are very knowledgeable and helpful.

Loved the sessions at first but teachers and times are always being switched. I prefer consistency which contributes to better learning skills, overall strength and improvement and fewer injuries. Pay
