Service could have been better. Not bad, but I was not sure where to wait. They didn't call my name but called my order, and it wasn't exactly what I ordered, which caused confusion and when I walked

The food is delicious, we have always enjoyed eating their fresh bagels. But the old lady manager is so rude to both customers and employees. She alone makes us not want to come back.

Everyone was kind and wonderful, several flavors of coffee, the bagel selection was amazing. My family of four had varying orders but everyone was so happy with their choices. The prices are amazing.
