10 Gym is clean and well-maintained, with a friendly and knowledgeable staff, and a supportive atmosphere.

The gym and staff are fantastic however i have seen Scott Matlock be exceptionally rude to his own staff on multiple occasions. This is very concerning considering he is the vp of 10 gym.

they keep charging me for a membership that was supposed to be canceled. they are not helping me with this issue at all . just trying to steal my money horrible customer service
