Yes, this Puyallup burger spot is clearly duplicating a certain California-based fast food chain, but everything at this tiny drive-thru trailer is so much better. Their double cheeseburger is one of the best in the PNW, with crisp iceberg lettuce, grilled onions, thick-cut tomato, and gooey american cheese all assembled between a special sauce-smeared bun. The toppings are fresh, the patty is always nicely charred, and you can get a side of fries the “cagney way,” which means exactly what you think it does—covered in melted cheese and grilled onions. The fact that you won't have to suffer through LAX is reason enough to love it here.
