It’s perfectly okay as a three star hotel. But don’t expect the “timeless luxury” promised in the website. The staff are very friendly and do their best but they seem poorly managed. Eg several times

Lovely hotel in a fab spot short taxi into city centre. Wonderful views! Had a slight but the lovely Leighanne the service manager really took cwre of us which more than made up for it! Would defintel
