Great staff, always very gentle and helpful. We went there a couple of times to get breakfast, the bagels were always very well warmed, stuffed and carefully made.

We visited the bagel factory on a short trip to Edinburgh and would definitely recommend. The staff were very friendly and the bagels were 10/10!
