I visited this Discount Tire location on Jan 19, 2026 to fix an issue with my tire: a stuck nail. After the terrible experience at the Wake Forest location (on 11212 Capital Blvd) that was a walk-in,

I went in due to a nail in my tire. The staff was very nice and helpful. The tire was free to fix however due to the wear of the tire it couldn't be fixed.

Go anywhere else. Intentionally horrible service!!!! Beware!! What they're doing is criminal! It's been reported.
