Tried to print documents. Bad process of email to request codes to print. Can't just send documents to the printer to get it printed. Asked for help but lady didn't speak English and was of no help

Please do not call the store because you will never be connected to a real person. If you need anything, you actually have to go there.

Absolutely unprofessional. I went there yesterday to ship a painting and they gave me a quote of $131.98 and go there today to find out that they now want around $360. I asked them what would of happe
