Horrible!!! First carpet defective, second carpet defective. Idk where they but it from but obviously they pay way less then they charge.

Long wait for delivery, over a month, they told me the carpet came in but it was damaged. No one called to advise me! I had to call twice to find out what was happening. Customer service is lacking.
