The customer service was great but we weren't able to get service due to a lock on the system. They said someone must have ran the bill up and they had to verify it wasn't me or anyone related to me.
horrible customer service 0 stars agents don't seem to understand English I had to repeat what I was saying several times and it wasn't clear what they where saying had me oh hold more 20 mins
I took more than an hour to wait, their customer service is very bad, I would not visit this store again, I think I will even remove the internet service
