The banh mi options are consistently good and come at a reasonable price for lunch. Moderate spice can get quite spicy. I have not tried the drinks.

a nice bubble tea spot in the seaport area with an extensive food & drink menu! Love this spot as there's not too many spots like this in the area.... Came here at night almost before closing and grab
