Although I made an appointment, I had to wait more than 3 hours to be seen. Can you help me understand why this situation is unfolding this way and why I have to wait over three hours for a service?

They don't seem to organized, waiting period is way too long. If you try to call, you will wait forever for someone to pick up. If you try to do "live chat" to communicate, you also wait forever. I ha
