Disappointing. Hours shown as close 22:30 Arrived at 18:20 Waited while tattooed barmaid with glasses spent 10 minutes pouring 2 pints of lager and 3 shorts. Did not acknowledge me. Too busy talking..

It saddens me to write this review after the amazing last vist we had with the new owner Simon I was really looking forward to our return. Walked in the door no carpets cold feeling ok he's renovating

We stayed here for two nights and thought it was brilliant. Simon called us on route and let us check in early . We stayed in room 1 and it was lovely nice and warm there was an extra heater if needed
