Should have known not to book here or with any massage envy for that matter! Booked over a week ago and my appt was 2 days from now, they just call me today to tell me oh we don't have a 90minute mass

Customer service is poor. Cancelled my appt twice. Would not offer rescheduling for the second time they cancelled me. Manager was rude. Waste of 6 years of being a member.
