Extremely unhelpful group of people. I told them that I was in a bad situation with my cat alone in a hot car outside of her cage with poop all over her and they offered me a little to no help at all.

There is a lady here heavy set looks mid 30s who wears glasses black hair always has her hair in a nasty looking bun and she is absolutely rude every time I come here I dread having to see her she is
