About
The Duong family ran Nhà Hàng Bình Linh in Huế, Vietnam, in the 1980s before moving to SoCal in 1991. After nearly 2 decades, they opened Hue Oi in Garden Grove, CA, in 2011 with family recipes. It became a hit with OC locals craving Vietnamese food, moving to Fountain Valley in 2013. In 2017, they opened Pho Hue Oi in Redondo Beach, voted Best Vietnamese Restaurant for 7 years. Hue Oi made OC Registers 75 Best Places to Eat. A 3rd spot in Torrance opened Feb 6, 2025.

Food was good. Service was not.. and that's huge for me. They don't have condiments on the table which was ANNOYING. I asked for more lemons and napkins since they only gave me two sheets for TWO PEOP
