I received the order confirmation email at 11:31 AM, and I arrived at the drive thru a few minutes before 11:45 to pick up my order. Was greeted at the drive thru and told I'd be helped in a minute. 1

Sandwich was made with no meat and I didn't find out util I was at work. Paid with cash and was told to bring my receipt in next time I come so I could get made a free sandwich. Used to love Jimmy Joh
