Visiting Philly - describing it as Spanish or tapas a bit of a stretch - not a great atmosphere and wasn't busy on a Friday night and one server on - although bar staff helping out - having said that

We had a chopped salad, bacon wrapped dates and the short ribs. I don’t recommend anything we had.
