Three weeks they came back and repaired the issue.. I'm glad that C&R followed through and replaced the damaged wood planks.

2/12/2018 I wrote a very positive review on C&R Carpet... unfortunately, I have to retract the 5 stars... Complained multiple times about the wooden floor that they installed and even showed pictures
