This Austin mini-chain’s Round Rock outpost is the opposite of trendy in the best ways, serving an expansive menu of farm-to-table Texas comfort food like carne guisada skillets, apple bourbon pecan cobbler, and several chicken fried proteins in a twinkling, all-wood interior. Their enormous South Texas platters are more than enough for two people to share.
