Luleå Airport is located about 7 km south-southeast of Luleå, Sweden, near the village of Kallax. The official name according to the Swedish Aeronautical Information Publication is Luleå/Kallax Airport. The airport had a total of 1,034,866 passengers in 2023, and is thus Sweden's fifth largest airport. It is the largest airport in northern Sweden. The runway is also used by the Norrbotten Wing.
