Great experience! Great customer service! Ambience so good

I get it they only had one Kitchen for both upstairs and downstairs but my apps was a salad that shouldn't take an hour

Decided to come here for Valentines Day. Had a terrible experience. I understand being busy for the day but I made a reservation for 7:45 pm and was not served food until 9:30 pm, almost 2 hours later
