In need of new management. Bad experience, at this location for multiple reasons . Overcharged , car not available , dirty car

I thought they were very helpful and got my a nice rental and had excellent service. Not sure why there were some bad reviews.

Incredibly slow! I was told that each customer takes at least 15 minutes to process. Only go here if you have tons of time to waste and enjoy waiting.
