Absolutely TERRIBLE experience. I came as a new donor and it was just bad. I know that new donors take a while to get admitted but, they just gave a crackers and a water bottle and told me to sit down

This is a blood donation center and yet the intake process and first blood draw took over FOUR HOURS. That is beyond ridiculous. The customer service is terrible, the process is completely disorganize
