It's an alley with bars. I was there on a weekday night so it wasn't overly busy... however, I can see it being pretty cool on a weekend with tables and drinks and stuff outside. It has a New Orleans

Went for matcha fest and it was amazing! It was a hot day but the bars and venders made it easy oh to cool down!

Wall Street Plaza is located across the street from the Heritage Square Park, home of the Orange County Regional History Center. It was created in 1995 as a premier entertainment complex with bars, re
