Sabor A Honduras is a trailer parked in the same lot as a convenience store and Frazier’s Long & Low near Pleasant Valley and East Riverside. As you can probably guess by the name, the menu features a handful of Honduran classics, including carne asada, chuletas, and pupusas. Portions are plentiful and everything tastes like it was made fresh to order, though many of the meats arrive a little overcooked and in need of additional sweet crema on top to offset their dryness.
