Some of us never know what kind of mid-day pick-me-up we're in the mood for, but the good news is that Saigon Grace serves them all. On the drinks side, the all-day cafe on South Street has coffee made with beans sourced from the owners’ in-laws in Dak Lak, Vietnam. These drinks are slow-dripped right on the counter, ready to be admired while you wait for a salt foam-topped iced coffee—Saigon Grace’s delicious, whipped signature. The owners come from Vietnamese and Mexican backgrounds, respectively, and the result is a wide-ranging cafe menu of sandwiches, salads, and bowls. Almost everything we've tried is good and comes in giant portions. You can go the grilled pork bánh mì route or be just as happy with churro pancakes. And, as a major perk, the place feels friendly no matter if you’re grabbing an iced milk tea to go or hanging around for a long Saturday lunch.
