The Red Hen cafe is an absolute gem. The food is superb, the freshest coffee that's freshly ground, quick service, the friendliest staff--we love Lynette. It's a must try.

Great out of the way place on the famous route 66 and the food was quite good. Not sure of the hours so I would check it site, but I do not believe they're open for dinner.
