Scammed my friend and I and charged us twice for a rental car and refused to refund us the money.

Worst customer service I've ever experienced with a rental car company. Rep from Fox couldn't even speak English and he hung up on me 3 times while I was trying to get to their office to pickup my car

Unfortunately I cant give a lower score, I wish I could give negative stars...Horrible customer service, CAN'T GET A HOLD OF A SUPERVISOR WHEN I CALLED IN, they don't listen or help, I was charged for
