Hate it here. Last resort after I've tried everyone else. Stores keep closing & leaving, so some units are empty for long periods. Food is all mediocre. It's not easily accessible from freeway & compe

On our recent visit to Nut Tree we saw cockroaches virtually everywhere! They were in Amici's Pizza, Jelly Belly and Fenton's Creamery. Also all over the sidewalks and the Play Structures and Merry Go
