It’s you, your date, and a low-lit, sexy table for two hidden behind a bookcase in Henley’s main dining room. The chef here will handle all food decisions for the night, winding you through a multi-course meal that might include milk-poached pork tenderloin, toro with butterbean miso, or butterscotch tobacco creme brulee. The whole Alice in Wonderland “rabbit hole” theme is carried through in the decor and plates—they look ripped right off the Mad Hatter’s table.
