Nobody answers the phone when you call the branch, you can never find an account representatives at any Provo branch, they rarely ever return calls or emails. Terrible customer service. Very high fees

Don't bank here. They have terrible customer service and are mean and rude. Especially Andy. He was very unprofessional and was not willing to help me.
