Absolutely amazing. Not greasy like most store bought sausages! My favorite is the "Cajun Mild". I use it for all my favorite dishes and I crave it on its own, pan seared and dipped in maple syrup...n

The service is good. I've been pleased with the ground venison. The pork sausage looks good. I don't typically get venison sausage because there a 20 or 25 lb minimum and I'm the only one in my family
