The British International School of Charlotte (BISC), formerly known as the "British American School" is a non-sectarian, co-educational college preparatory day school located in the Ballantyne neighborhood in south Charlotte, North Carolina. BISC offers education for ages 18 months to 16 years old. The school opened in September 2004 and was the fifth school opened in the United States by the British Schools of America.
