Sold the wrong dress size, way too big even after telling them what size. They insisted the sizing was different on gowns. Now won't fix and will have to spend $1000s on alterations. Don't shop here.

Mistakes made on dress fitment and refusal to correct it. For such an expensive product we expected to get the right proportions and to have the alterations made to fix the mistake.
