I waited about 15 min for my smoothie because they forgot about it and the did bot even have any sense of urgency they were just standing there looking at us. the smoothie was also not the best either

I just paid $12 for 6 of the saddest bagels ever. Do they not let them rise? They are not NY bagels, I think the food store makes a better bagel.
