If you don’t live in the area, a meal at MK Noodle will make you wish you had a Lakeview address. Along with a Vietnamese menu full of hits, the place has tables full of regulars and drawings of smiling bowls of phở and bubble tea. We like the beefy phở with brisket and tripe, spicy cajun fried rice, and vermicelli with sweet marinated pork and egg rolls. Don’t be surprised if you end up doing an impression of those cartoony phở bowls, or joining the regulars.
