I ordered and they got my food wrong and when I went back to get a refund and my actual food they denied and told me it was my fault

I went on a field trip with a group of students with complex disabilities. Most students used used an AAC communication device to communicate and order and had to try multiple times to pay correctly.

Server laughed at me when I asked for napkins. Didn't get order right. No other sizes besides large.
