Even for Philadelphia, *shockingly* horrible service, waited almost twenty minutes for cold pizza because they apparently forgot we were here?

I ordered Italian wedding soup Unfortunately it was nothing more than cup of broth for $6 bucks plus tip. Very disappointed.

The food is not as good as a few years ago. But the service is terrible. Paying top dollar and expected to tip. I am a tipper, but I am sick of poor, rude service. I would rather starve.
