It has 40 floors and 427 guest rooms, and was built in 1976 as the United Nations Plaza Hotel, operated by the international division of Hyatt. When we arrived we had a nice twin room, but it wasn't what we had reserved. We spoke to Deep who was very understanding, but that evening there wasn't any other option for us until the following day.
