Momos are the move at this sunny, colorfully decorated Nepali spot. Choose from vegetarian, chicken, or buffalo dumplings, all of which have an aggressively spiced filling. Order them steamed, or better yet, fried and tossed in a spicy garlic sauce. If you’re extra hungry, opt for the thakali thali, and choose between vegetarian, chicken, and goat curries to go with servings of kalo dal, vegetables, rice, and achar (the sides come with free refills). The chai is also free, perfectly spiced, and just rich enough. The place isn’t huge, but the staff is happy to push tables together to accommodate groups.
