This clubby rooftop bar and lounge sits on top of Hotel Colee in Buckhead (a.k.a. the old Whiskey Blue at the W). Two patios showcase mediocre views of Buckhead, but the main party happens inside in the lounge areas. There's occasionally live music, but most nights R&B and rap tunes blast over the speakers. While the club experts move through the dancing crowds without spilling their drinks, the true savants make reservations for the roped off leather couches. Unlike most club bars that cheat you on the alcohol, Rosé & Rye serves great, balanced cocktails like their cinnamony lychee martini or classic sidecar, which would win them honors in mixology class. Light bites like cheesy flatbreads are available before 10pm, but you're mainly here for the drinks and party vibe.
