Terrible service. Absolutely no sense of urgency whatsoever, and the front desk workers could care less about what's going on or the reason for your visit. A simple "someone will be with you shortly"

Went to the ER at Duke Hospital today. Waited for approximately 5 hours. Then I gave up after receiving no treatmen. Called Uber and went hom. This is the second time this has happened to me there. Ve

It's been hours since words have even been said to me. NASTIEST bathrooms I have seen!! Not sanitary & looks like they haven't been cleaned in ages
