Husband is waiting there for over an hour. Doctors need to tell patients you NEED to make appointment! We were told to walk in no appointment needed!! Wrong!!! Hope service improves. They need better

3 people working. only seen one person at a time. took hours to be seen. not sure what's going on back there but the staff needs to multitask and manage different things to get people in and out.
