Visitors can discover wildlife displays, American Indian artifacts, gems and minerals, dinosaur fossils, and a state-of-the-art planetarium. The Schiele also has a replica Catawba Indian Village, a Nature Trail, and The Farm, a showcase of local agriculture and live animals.

This was a terrific experience for myself and my Grandsons, ages 7 and 11. A few previous reviews said it was geared towards kids and it is definitely not that. We went on a Sunday, hours 1:00pm to 5:
