Caravan is our go-to when we’re rolling with a group of friends who all want different things from a meal. Come for coffee, a dependable brunch, dinner, and even an espresso martini, or maybe all of those things at the same time. The Antipodean-style cafe in Bankside is also civilised enough for an informal work meeting, and is one of the better spots in the area for big groups. Just be sure to call ahead if it’s last-minute.
